Establish, maintain, and continuously improve aviation quality management systems?ensuring compliance with aero-quality requirements & airworthiness regulations，coordinate with manufacturing unit for NADCAP special process certification.? -???????主導內(nèi)審、外審及客戶審核，跟蹤糾正措施并推動閉環(huán)管理。? Lead internal, external, and customer audits, track corrective actions, and drive closed-loop management.? -???????解讀并落實航空行業(yè)法規(guī)更新，確保公司流程與最新標準同步。? Collaborate with the supply chain team to develop, audit, and manage local aerospace suppliers, ensuring compliance with AS9100 and NADCAP standards.? ? 4. 制造工廠質(zhì)量? ??Manufacturing Quality Empowerment -????????支持本地工廠提升質(zhì)量管理能力，包括流程優(yōu)化、工具應用（如APQP、FMEA、SPC）及員工培訓。? Support local factories in enhancing quality management capabilities, including process optimization, tool application (e.g., APQP, FMEA, SPC), and employee training.? -???????推動零缺陷文化，降低生產(chǎn)過程中的質(zhì)量風險與成本浪費。? Promote a zero-defect culture to reduce quality risks and cost inefficiencies in production. ? ? Qualification: -???????本科及以上學歷，航空工程、機械工程、質(zhì)量管理或相關(guān)專業(yè)。? ?Bachelor’s degree or above in Aviation Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Quality Management, or related fields.? ? 工作經(jīng)驗???Experience:? -?????????5年以上質(zhì)量管理經(jīng)驗，至少熟練掌握一種質(zhì)量體系，熟悉AS9100/NADCAP/CCAR145體系，具備適航認證或航空維修經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先。? Minimum 5 years of quality management, familiar with at least 1 quality management is mandatory, with expertise in AS9100/NADCAP/CCAR145 are expected.
